Chiropractors are educated to have the ability to diagnose and
treat a wide range of conditions, and their primary emphasis and
expertise are in neuromusculoskeletal (orthopedic) conditions such
as 'aches and pains', and 'sprains and strains'.
And their emphasis of manual treatments including spinal manipulation
consist of conservative care orthopedics and chiropractic (from
the Greek words, 'cheir' and 'praxis', means practice or treatment
by hand).
